The kitchen operates by ordering, and can handle everything from 1 to 52 guests. Both improvised and carefully researched.
 
For larger events or special requests, it is recommended to book well in advance.
Both restaurants have room for approx 50 people total (main restaurant however max 36 guests) and excellent course facilities to approx 18 to 20 guests.
